Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive to manage production planning, coordinate with the shop floor, and track material movement in our stainless steel tube and pipe manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily and weekly production based on orders and machine capacity

• Coordinate with store for raw material availability

• Track production progress and update production reports

• Maintain production planning sheets and inventory records

• Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for order completion

• Monitor material consumption and highlight variances

• Support stock reconciliation and production documentation

Requirements

• 1–4 years experience in manufacturing / production planning / inventory roles

• Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical) or relevant manufacturing experience

• Good knowledge of Excel and production reporting

• Strong coordination with production, store and dispatch teams

• Comfortable working in a factory environment

Preferred

Experience in steel / tube / pipe / metal manufacturing units.
