Program Manager

Job Location is Pithampur Industrial Estate about 25 KM from Indore

Coordinate and oversee all project components: SHG skill development, education center, and mobile medical unit

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local administration, government departments, and corporate partners

• Spearhead communication, documentation, and visibility strategies

• Supervise field teams and ensure timely reporting and compliance

• Facilitate training, workshops, and community engagement activities

• Monitor project progress and contribute to strategic planning and scaling efforts

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to work independently and manage diverse teams

• Familiarity with government schemes and corporate CSR frameworks is a plus
