Job Description
Position: Sr. Engineer Mechanical Maintenance.
Position Type: Shift In-charge, Engineering Industry
Education Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (4-6 years’ experience) OR Degree in Mechanical Engineering (2-4 years’ experience) Desired experience:
Hydraulic systems (diagnosis, maintenance, installation).
Power transmission systems: Gear, Belt, Pulley, Coupling.
Mechanical assembly drawing interpretation & machine geometry.
Precision grinding machines Troubleshooting & servicing.
Work experience:
Linear and rotary axis assembly, Read PLC ladder, Tool change & pallet change cycles. Compressor, cooling tower operations & maintenance
Skill required: 5-S, handle manpower, ISO documentation, EHS requirement.
Shift management & manpower handling, Implementation & oversight of 5-S.
ISO documentation & audit readiness, Compliance with EHS
