VMC Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator with minimum 2–5 years of experience in job setting and machine operation. The candidate should be capable of handling complete machining processes including setup, tool setting, and production execution.

Responsibilities:

• Perform job setting on VMC machine as per drawing
• Operate VMC machine for production work
• Set tools, offsets, and fixtures properly
• Load and unload components safely
• Read and understand engineering drawings
• Inspect parts using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
• Maintain quality standards and production targets
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain machine cleanliness

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in VMC job setting & operation
• Knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and offsets
• Ability to read technical drawings independently
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field preferred
