Job Description

  • Project Oversight: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring work aligns with plans, specs, budget, and schedule.
  • Team Management: Supervise workers, assign tasks, provide training, resolve conflicts, and maintain attendance records.
  • Coordination: Liaise with project managers, clients, architects, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work, ensure adherence to building codes, and maintain quality standards.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed site logs, progress reports, and attendance records.
  • Resource Management: Order supplies, schedule equipment, and plan daily/weekly work.
