Civil Site Engineer

Builders Pollachi is looking for an active and reliable Site Supervisor to manage our local construction projects. You will be responsible for daily labor management, material tracking, and ensuring work happens as per the plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Supervision: Oversee masons, laborers, and subcontractors on-site to ensure steady progress.
• Work Quality: Check that all construction work (brickwork, plastering, tiling, etc.) meets quality standards.
• Material Management: Receive and record material deliveries (cement, sand, steel) and prevent wastage.
• Attendance: Maintain daily labor attendance logs and site expense records.
• Safety: Ensure all workers follow basic safety protocols on-site.
• Reporting: Give daily updates to the Project Manager regarding work completed.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering (Freshers or 1-2 years experience).
• Language: Must be fluent in Tamil.
• Skills: Ability to read basic floor plans and structural drawings.
• Travel: Must have a two-wheeler for commuting between sites in Pollachi.
• Attributes: Strong leadership skills and punctuality.
