CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: Prepare and configure CNC machines with appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials.
• Operation: Operate CNC machines (milling, turning, drilling, grinding, etc.) to produce parts as per specifications.
• Monitoring: Observe machine operations, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues to maintain accuracy.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure compliance with technical drawings.
• Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of machines.
• Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of CNC/VMC machines and machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer literacy for CNC programming
