Coir Factory Worker

Position: General Worker (Coir Mat Production) | Immediate Hiring

We seek reliable workers for our coir factory expansion in Gomangalam, Pollachi. Join our team producing export-quality coir doormats.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate coir tufting machines safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload raw materials and finished mats (manual handling up to 25 kg).
• Clean, sort, and prepare raw materials; maintain work area per factory hygiene standards.
• Assist in quality checks: measure mat thickness, check fibre alignment, remove defects.
• Support basic machine maintenance: oiling, clearing jams, reporting breakdowns.
• Follow SOPs for production targets
• Adhere to factory safety rules, wear PPE (gloves, masks, shoes).
• RequirementsAge 18–45; physically fit for 10-hr shifts (standing, bending, lifting).
• No experience required—training provided (1-week onboarding).
• Preferred: Basic machine operation knowledge or agricultural background.
• Local candidates from Pollachi/Gomangalam/Udumalpet preferred.
• Available for 6 days/week (Mon–Sat).

• Salary: ₹12,000–15,000/month starting (based on skills) + production bonus.
