Job Description
Required candidate in Pollachi town for IT Hardware & Peripherals Engineer role.
Looking for experienced candidate in desktop support with willingness to travel onsite.
Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems.
Work requires strong analytical ability to resolve complex technical issues in addition to effective phone communication skills.
Troubleshooting Mainstream DOS and Windows Applications,Complete PC Hardware for desktop and portable systems Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows Server and Domain Configuration.
Troubleshooting Peripheral Subsystems including the following: Multimedia, Scanners, Printers/Laser Printers.
Daily travel upto 75 Kilometers CCTV installation Experience Preferred,
Experience in installation of Server operating system ad configuration and user creation, maintenance Certification in Computer Hardware mandatory.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline or diploma holder with relevant work experience A+ , MCP, CCNA, DCSE certification preferred Good written and spoken english communication skill.
Two wheeler with valid license required
Skills required
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent telephone soft skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations. Ability to deal professionally with irate customers.
