Jewellery Sales Associate

We are looking for a well-groomed Jewellery Sales Associate to be the first and last point of contact in our premium jewellery showroom. This role is crucial in creating a warm, welcoming, and smooth shopping experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every customer warmly within a few seconds of entry.
• Understand customer requirements (occasion, budget, section) and guide them to the appropriate section (Gold, Diamond, Silver, Bridal, etc.).
• Manage customer flow, queue, and waiting time efficiently during rush hours.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives and Security to ensure smooth and safe customer movement.
• Provide hospitality support (water/coffee) and maintain a clean, organized reception and seating area.
• Handle basic customer queries related to store timings, schemes, exchange policy overview, and billing timelines (without false commitments).
• Address minor concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the Floor/Showroom Manager.
• Collect customer feedback before exit and encourage genuine Google reviews as per company policy.
• Maintain customer records (name/contact details with consent) for follow-ups or token system.
• Ensure signage and promotional materials are properly displayed.

Candidate Profile

• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
• Strong verbal communication skills (English + Local Language preferred).
• Customer-oriented mindset with patience and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to handle rush hours calmly.
• Basic knowledge of retail processes is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and team coordination skills.
