Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction/site activities
• Manage site workers, contractors, and materials
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Monitor safety standards and site discipline
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and management
• Prepare daily work reports and progress updates
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Overtime Details

• Overtime work will be provided as per project/site requirements
• Overtime payment or additional benefits will be given as per company policy

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to handle manpower and site coordination
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work overtime when required
