Spoken English Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled English Trainer to improve students’ English communication skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The trainer will help learners gain confidence for academics, interviews, workplace communication, and overseas education.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct spoken English and grammar classes for students of different proficiency levels
• Train students in fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and accent neutralisation
• Prepare lesson plans, activities, and practical speaking sessions
• Help students improve public speaking, group discussion, and presentation skills
• Provide training for interviews, and professional communication
• Assess students’ progress and give constructive feedback
• Maintain a positive, interactive, and learner-friendly classroom environment
• Support students with confidence building and personality development
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in English / Education / Communication or related field
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to teach beginners to advanced learners
• Classroom management and student engagement skills
• Patience, enthusiasm, and adaptability
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and methods
• Experience0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong English skills can also apply)
• Prior experience in training centres or schools is an advantage
