Branch Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Actively approach, engage, and convert walk-in customers at SBI branch locations to acquire new credit cards.
• Relationship Management: Maintain high-quality relationships with existing SBI credit card holders to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly credit card sales targets set by the company.
• Product Promotion: Explain card features, benefits, fees, and charges clearly to potential customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with SBI branch staff to identify potential customers and support sales initiatives. Indeed +4

Job Requirements

• Education: Generally requires a graduate degree, though some roles may accept experienced undergraduates.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in banking or direct sales is preferred, but freshers are often considered.
• Location: Often located inside the bank branches (INSIDE BANK sales).
