Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to plan, supervise, and execute construction projects efficiently. The role involves site supervision, coordination with consultants and contractors, ensuring quality control, and timely completion of works as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities at site

• Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and project stakeholders

• Prepare and verify measurements, RA bills, and final bills

• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety norms

• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion

• Manage labour, subcontractors, and material requirements

• Maintain site records, DPRs, and progress reports

• Attend site meetings and prepare MOMs

• Resolve technical issues at site and suggest practical solutions

• Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building / infrastructure projects

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

• Ability to read and interpret drawings

• Basic knowledge of estimation and billing

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel (preferred)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work independently and handle site responsibilities
