Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35000 + 5000 incentive

Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales of fuel and lubricants in Goa and nearby regions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in field marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential B2B clients for fuel and lubricant sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and enterprise clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct field visits to promote products and generate leads.

Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

Coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Maintain sales reports and share market feedback with management.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Field Sales (Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Transport, or related industry preferred).

Age: 18–30 years.

Language Skills: Hindi, English, Marathi (preferred).

Other: Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
