Role Overview

As a Premium Account Executive – Field Sales, you will play a key role in driving merchant acquisition and expanding business presence in your assigned geography. This role focuses on onboarding premium merchants, managing key accounts, and strengthening long-term merchant relationships through value-added financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Merchant Acquisition - Manage complete EDC/POS requirements for merchants in your assigned sector or area.
  • Merchant Onboarding - Identify and onboard new premium merchants by analyzing transaction volumes and payment patterns.
  • Lead Generation & Market Hunting - Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and proactive market hunting of premium stores.
  • Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants through regular engagement, servicing, and cross-selling value-added services.
  • Account Management - Develop deep relationships with key accounts to ensure high retention and reduce competitor penetration.
  • Competition Mapping - Track and report competitor activities in the assigned geography or category to enable quick strategic responses.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduation or higher
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Proven sales acumen with a field sales mindset
  • Experience in selling financial products (Credit Cards, EDC/POS, Insurance, etc.) is a plus
