Job Description:As a Field Sales Executive for Airtel Broadband (XFE), you will be responsible for promoting and selling Airtel broadband connections across your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to generate and close new broadband sales.
• Handle online and offline leads provided by the company.
• Explain Airtel broadband plans, features, and benefits to potential customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships to ensure referrals and repeat business.
• Submit daily reports on sales and lead closures.

Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience in telecom or broadband sales preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
