Ground Media Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Media Analyst to support election campaign activities, conduct ground surveys, and provide real-time political insights. The candidate must be fluent in Konkani language and have strong understanding of local political environment.

• ✅ Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field surveys and voter interaction at booth level
• Collect and analyze ground-level political feedback
• Monitor local political trends and voter sentiment
• Prepare daily field reports and constituency analysis
• Coordinate with booth-level workers and local influencers
• Support campaign execution and outreach activities
• Assist in data collection for election strategy planning

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications✔ Konkani language proficiency (Mandatory) — speaking, reading & understanding

✔ Strong knowledge of Goa’s local politics and voter demographics

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to work extensively in field conditions

✔ Basic reporting and data documentation skills

✔ Prior experience in survey, field work, or political campaign (preferred)
