Position Title: Counsellor (Ayurvedic Hospital)

Location: Goa

Experience: 1–3 Years

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a patient-focused and persuasive Counsellor to guide patients on Ayurvedic treatments, wellness programs, and lifestyle improvements. The role involves understanding patient concerns and recommending suitable therapies as per doctor consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with patients to understand their health concerns and needs
• Explain Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, and wellness packages
• Counsel patients on treatment plans, diet, and lifestyle changes
• Coordinate with doctors and therapists for patient care
• Handle patient queries and ensure a positive experience
• Maintain patient records and follow-up data
• Conduct regular follow-ups to track patient progress
• Support in converting consultations into treatment enrollments
• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and retention

Qualifications (As per Profile)

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA, Psychology, Healthcare preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in counselling/sales/patient handling
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or Ayurveda is an advantage

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Convincing and counselling abilities
• Basic knowledge of Ayurveda and wellness concepts
• Patient handling and empathy
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM systems)
