Production Shift Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for smooth operations
• Monitor production processes, equipment, and schedules; resolve issues as required
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
• Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions for deviations
• Manage utilization of raw materials, equipment, and manpower
• Coordinate with procurement for material availability and maintain inventory levels
• Maintain production records and prepare production reports
• Train and supervise production staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment upkeep
• Identify and implement process improvements
