Job Description
- Sales and Customer Service: Implement strategies to achieve sales targets, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure a high standard of customer service specific to lighting and electrical solutions.
- Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including cleanliness, organization, visual merchandising, and ensuring all store equipment (including lighting displays) is maintained and operational.
- Stock Control and Ordering: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular physical inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and raise purchase requisitions to ensure timely replenishment.
