Sales and Marketing Executive

Sales Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, architects, builders, hotels, resorts, and interior designers
• Conduct product presentations and site visits
• Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with head office for quotations, order processing, and execution

Marketing Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities in Goa
• Develop partnerships with architects, contractors, and hospitality groups
• Support brand promotion activities locally
• Provide competitor and market feedback

• Restaurants & Cafés
• Villas & Residential Projects
• Architects & Interior Designers
• Builders & Developers

Experience

• 1–5 years in sales (preferred: building materials, interior products, construction, hospitality supply)
• Experience in Goa market is a strong advantage

Skills

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently (freelance model)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & WhatsApp business communication
• Own two-wheeler preferred
