Job Description: Field Sales Executive – Tyre IndustryDepartment: Sales & Marketing

Location: GOA Region

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive from the Tyre Industry who can drive sales, develop and manage dealer networks, and achieve business targets in the assigned territory. The role demands strong market knowledge, relationship management, and sales negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities·       Achieve sales targets for tyres and allied products within the assigned region.

·       Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and fleet operators.

·       Identify potential business opportunities and expand market coverage.

·       Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.

·       Ensure timely order booking, dispatch coordination, and payment collection.

·       Conduct product training, promotional campaigns, and dealer meets.

·       Visit dealers and customers regularly to ensure brand visibility and customer satisfaction.

·       Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback to the management.

·       Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

·       Maintain strong product knowledge and keep updated on new product launches and technologies.

Skills & Competencies·       Proven track record in tyre or related automotive product sales (batteries, lubricants, spares, etc.).

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·       Ability to build long-term dealer relationships.

·       Target-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach.

·       Good command of MS Office and CRM tools.

·       Willingness to travel extensively.

Educational QualificationBachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, or Diploma in Automobile Engineering).

MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory.

Experience RequiredMinimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Field Sales within the Tyre or Automotive Industry.
