Job Description
- Provide a wide range of spa treatments including massages, body scrubs, body wraps, facials, and other wellness services as per the spa menu and training standards.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and any contraindications before recommending suitable treatments.
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Ensure a calm, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
- Uphold spa protocols and service standards to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Attend regular training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
- Handle guest queries or concerns professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments, product usage, and inventory.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
