Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective customers, and closing sales over the phone.

• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Handle customer objections and close sales.
• Keep accurate records of calls and sales.
• Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service during and after the sales process.
• Requirements Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection.
• Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office, etc.).
• High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
• Preferred Skills Experience in [industry-specific] telesales (e.g., insurance, telecom, software, etc.).
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
