Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective customers over the phone.
- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection.
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office, etc.).
- High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
- Preferred Skills Experience in [industry-specific] telesales (e.g., insurance, telecom, software, etc.).
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
