Quality Control

• Job Title: Quality Control (QC) AnalystKey Responsibilities

1. Core Quality Control ActivitiesPerform quality control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products

• Conduct routine laboratory analysis (chemical, physical, and/or microbiological)
• Ensure all testing is carried out in accordance with approved SOPs, GMP guidelines, and test methods
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of all test results
• Identify and promptly report out-of-specification (OOS) results

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain and update QC records, analytical reports, and batch documentation
• Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety regulations
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of samples and chemicals
• Report deviations, laboratory incidents, and safety hazards in a timely manner

3. Laboratory Operations

• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment as per SOPs
• Coordinate calibration and verification of laboratory instruments
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and standard preparations as per procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory environment

4. Cross-Functional Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with Production and QA teams for sample collection and testing
• Assist during internal audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance checks
• Monitor and manage laboratory inventory, including chemicals and consumables
• Support method validation and stability studies, as required
