Role: Automobile Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Handling
2. Warmly welcome and assist customers with service requests
3. Gather and update customer feedback in the system
4. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair updates
5. Diagnosis
6. Analyze and diagnose scooters to determine necessary repairs
7. Document diagnosis reports in the Workshop Management System (Getafix)
8. Perform necessary repairs and conduct final inspections based on customer requirements
9. System Handling
10. Track customer complaints in Zendesk and provide real-time updates
11. Utilize Workshop Management System (Getafix) with 100% adherence
12. Update operational status and estimated time of arrival in CRM and WMS systems
13. Monitor scooter health in the Telematics Command Centre for thorough diagnosis
14. Technical Repairs
15. Possess comprehensive knowledge of OLA Scooter and its technical aspects
16. Capable of repairing/replacing all scooter parts
17. Stay updated on OLA technical curriculum and EV news bulletins
18. Process and Operational
19. Adhere to processes at the Experience Centre and ensure clear bay markings for vehicles/scooters
20. Handle invoicing and payment collections
21. Maintain service bays in a clean and serviceable condition
22. Parts Operation
23. Conduct inventory audits and ensure alignment of system and physical inventory
24. Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and maintain inventory at the Experience Centre
25. Manage warranty part reverse logistics to the main workshop
26. Safety and Compliance
27. Adhere to uniform and protective gear requirements during scooter repairs
28. Properly use protective gear and handle tool kits during repairs
29. Ensure availability and readiness of fire-fighting equipment

RequirementsRequirements:

• Only male candidates
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/post-graduation
• Minimum experience: at least 6 months in the automobile service sector

BenefitsSalary: ₹19000-23000 CTC per month including PF+ ESIC +Incentive
