Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented LASF professional to handle channel sales for our cement business. The role involves meeting dealers and distributors, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets through effective field sales activities.

• Key Responsibilities:Drive cement sales through dealers and distributors in the assigned territory

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners

• Identify new dealers/distributors and expand market coverage

• Ensure availability and visibility of products in the market

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and collections

• Eligibility Criteria:Education: Graduate (Any discipline)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year to Maximum 6 years in Cement / Building Material Industry

• Age Limit: Maximum 34 years

• Bike: Mandatory (Valid driving license required)

• Work Nature: Field / Off-role job

• Salary & Benefits:Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (CTC)

• Petrol Allowance: ₹4 per KM

• Daily Allowance: ₹100 per day

• Weekly Off: 1 day per week
