Job Title: CRM Data Executive (Fresher)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Shift Time: 7 pm to 3 am IST

Job Description :

We are looking for aCRM Data Executive to manage and maintain customer and lead data in our CRM system. This position is open only to freshers who are detail-oriented and eager to start their career in data and CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enter, update, and maintain customer and lead information in the CRM
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Clean and validate CRM data regularly
• Track follow-ups and customer interactions
• Update lead and customer status in the system
• Generate basic reports from CRM when required
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams for data updates
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow company policies
