Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers can also apply)

Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹3,000 (performance-based)

Location:WFO

• Roles & Responsibilities:Source and screen candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and job portals
• Conduct initial interviews and explain job roles to candidates
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and onboarding
• Maintain daily recruitment data and follow-ups
• Achieve hiring targets within timelines
• Handle basic HR coordination work
• Required Skills & Languages:Good communication skills
• Must know one or more languages:

• Bengali
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp handling
• Ability to work with targets and incentives
