Position: HR Recruiter

Job Description: HR Recruiter (Internal Hiring)

Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹7,000 (Fixed)

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Work from Office

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle complete internal hiring for company openings
• Understand manpower requirements from management and close positions on time
• Post job openings on portals, social media, and other hiring channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews
• Maintain and update candidate and hiring records
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation
• Take full responsibility of company payroll coordination
• Maintain attendance, joining details, salary records, and employee data
• Ensure smooth communication between management and employees
• Follow company hiring policies and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of HR recruitment and payroll process
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of hiring tasks
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
• Organized and responsible approach toward work

Experience:

• 6 months experience in HR/Recruitment preferred
• Training can be provided for the right candidate
