Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Lab Technician to support our laboratory operations in the chemical manufacturing industry. The candidate will assist in testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in chemical testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples for testing.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as pH meter, viscometer, balance, oven, and spectrophotometer.
• Record test results accurately and maintain proper documentation.
• Support quality control and R&D teams in product development and trials.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety rules and handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
• Assist in calibration and validation of instruments.
• Help in preparing Technical Data Sheets (TDS), COA, and reports when required.
• Coordinate with production team for sample collection and testing.
• Required Qualifications:Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in chemical, textile chemical, or polymer industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of chemical testing methods and laboratory practices.
• Familiarity with MSDS, ISO, and safety standards is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
