Job Description

We are hiring a Hospital Operations Executive to support daily hospital functioning, coordination between departments, and smooth patient service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily hospital operations and workflow

Support patient management and service quality

Monitor housekeeping, security, maintenance activities

Ensure proper staff duty coordination and discipline

Assist in hospital documentation, reports, and audits

Handle vendor coordination and operational requirements

Support HR/Admin in staff management tasks

Ensure hospital policies and protocols are followed

Requirements

• Graduate preferred (BBA/MBA/Healthcare Management advantage)
• Experience: 2–5 years in hospital operations preferred
• Coordination Skills and good communication
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
• Ability to handle multitasking and responsibilities

Salary

💰 ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable)

Working Hours

Day Shift | Weekly Off as per policy
