• Key Responsibilities:Call and follow up with job seekers in Hindi & English language
• Explain job opportunities, help them with application and onboarding process
• Guide candidates to complete their joining formalities for delivery/logistics roles (Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, etc.)
• Maintain daily records of calls and candidate status in the system
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for ID creations and onboarding
• Follow up with inactive candidates and support until they start working
• Requirements:Must be fluent in Hindi & English (both preferred)
• Prior Team Leader in Logistics Industry experience preferred
• Laptop and good internet connection mandatory
• Knowledge of Google Sheets/ Excel/Job Portals / WhatsApp communication
• Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
