Key Responsibilities

·        Lead, manage, and mentor a team of advisory professionals

·        Oversee end-to-end delivery of advisory engagements and client assignments

·        Act as a key point of contact for clients and handle complex advisory matters

·        Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of advisory reports and recommendations

·        Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to KPIs

·        Support business development through client retention, cross-selling, and new opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field

·        min 2 or 2+ years of experience in advisory/consulting roles, with team leadership exposure

·        Strong understanding of advisory practices, client management, and compliance

·        Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

·        Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
