Job Summary:Commerce Wallah is looking for a Student Outreach & Sales Executive who can independently generate leads, interact with students, and collaborate with small coaching institutes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be target-driven, and be comfortable with both telecalling and field visits to colleges, schools, and coaching centers.

Key Responsibilities:🔹 Lead Generation & Sales Conversion

• Call potential students, explain course details, and convert them into paying customers.
• Independently find student contact numbers from various sources.
• Work towards achieving a revenue target of 10 times the fixed salary through lead conversions.

🔹 Field Visits & Collaboration

• Visit schools, colleges, and coaching centers to distribute pamphlets and interact with students.
• Build relationships with small coaching institutes and collaborate with them for student referrals.
• Send professional emails and follow up with coaching owners for partnerships.

🔹 Student Query Handling

• Respond to student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, or social media messages.
• Guide students in selecting the right course based on their career goals.

🔹 Performance-Based Incentives

• Fixed salary + 50% performance bonus of the fixed salary.
• ₹200 per lead commission on every successful conversion.

Requirements:✅ Excellent communication & persuasion skills.

✅ Self-motivated and target-driven.

✅ Comfortable with both telecalling and field visits.

✅ Ability to find student contact numbers independently.

✅ Basic email writing & negotiation skills for coaching collaborations.

✅ Experience in education sales or telecalling is a plus.
