Job Description – Telecaller (Stock Market Services)

Job Role:

We are hiring Telecallers for our stock market advisory services. The candidate will be responsible for calling existing and potential clients to explain our office-based stock market services and assist customers professionally.                                

Key Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to stock market customers.

·        Explain company services related to stock market advisory.

·        Provide accurate information about products and services.

·        Follow up with interested clients.

·        Maintain customer records and call reports.

·        Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

·        Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

·        Minimum qualification: Graduation completed

·        Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).

·        Basic knowledge of stock market (training will be provided).

·        Ability to convince and handle customer queries.

·        Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Salary & Incentives:

·        First Month: ₹9,000 + Incentives

·        From Second Month: ₹11,500 + Incentives

·        Mon – Fri - 9:00 AM-6:30 PM
