About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Architects with around 2 years of professional experience in architectural design, planning, and project coordination. The ideal candidates should have a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D visualizations.

Assist in concept design, planning, and layout development.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and project specifications.

Prepare BOQs, working drawings, and presentation materials.

Support senior architects in project documentation and site supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).

2 years of experience in architectural design or project execution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3D Max and MS Office.

Strong understanding of design principles

The ideal candidate should be passionate about design aesthetics, materials, and spatial planning, and should be able to bring fresh, functional, and visually appealing design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present design concepts for interior and exterior spaces based on client requirements.

Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings for client approval.

Select appropriate materials, finishes, colors, and furniture to match project themes.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors during project execution.

Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.

Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy and quality implementation.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and sustainable materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in interior and/or exterior design.
