Compensation: ₹24,000 – ₹28,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills)

About the Role: We are seeking a qualified, experienced Architect to join our organization in Prayagraj. The selected candidate will be responsible for architectural design, documentation, project coordination, and basic team management. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with sound technical knowledge and the ability to lead and coordinate with junior staff, clients, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts in accordance with project requirements

• Develop detailed working drawings, 2D/3D views, and presentation materials
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Assist in planning, design development, and monitoring of projects from concept to completion
• Manage and guide junior architects/draftsmen and support staff, ensuring quality and timely delivery of work
• Allocate tasks, review team outputs, and provide technical guidance as required
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, statutory regulations, and quality standards
• Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and site conditions
• Participate in site visits and provide necessary design and technical support

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, including exposure to team handling/coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software (knowledge of 3D tools preferred)
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and documentation standards
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, small teams, and meet project deadlines

Remuneration: The compensation for this position will be in the range of ₹24,000 to ₹28,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skill set.
