Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automobile Retail Executive to manage showroom sales and deliver an excellent buying experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, explaining product features, and converting inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities: Attend to walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements

• Explain product features, pricing, variants, and offers clearly
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drive coordination
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure follow-ups
• Assist customers with documentation, financing, and the delivery process
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and delivery timelines
• Maintain showroom display standards and customer experience
• Update daily sales reports and CRM entries

Key Requirements: Minimum 1–4 years of experience in automobile or retail sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of customer handling and sales techniques
• Target-oriented with a positive and energetic approach
• Basic knowledge of the financing/loan process (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment

Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline

• Experience in a car/bike dealership showroom will be an advantage
