📝 Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role, where you will work some days from home and some days from the office, as per business requirements.

In this role, you will connect with students, understand their career goals, and guide them about our courses, learning programs, and career opportunities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Connect with students via calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms

✔️ Explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes clearly

✔️ Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses

✔️ Follow up with interested students and maintain proper records

✔️ Handle student queries professionally and confidently

✔️ Meet daily / weekly communication and enrollment targets

✔️ Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Any graduate or pursuing candidates can apply

✔️ Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)

✔️ Experience in education sales / counseling is a plus
