Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Promotion:
• Identify and target schools and educational institutions for promoting and selling memberships and courses.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with school administrators, teachers, and parents to promote the benefits of the Asia Olympiad and the First Education.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.
Branding and Marketing:
• Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of the Asia Olympiad and First Education Care app.
• Create and distribute marketing materials to promote the platform, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
• Utilize social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels to reach a wider audience and increase engagement.
• Organize and participate in educational fairs, workshops, and other events to showcase our offerings.
Customer Support and Follow-up:
• Provide excellent customer service to schools and educational institutions, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with potential clients to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback from clients and users to improve our products and services.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and report sales performance, marketing activities, and customer feedback.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth.
Qualifications:
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Freshers and experience in franchise management or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of franchise operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local market conditions.
