Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Momos Expert with hands-on experience in preparing high-quality momos from scratch. The ideal candidate should be passionate about authentic flavors, consistent taste, and efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare different types of momos (veg, chicken, paneer, etc.) from scratch

Make and manage dough, fillings, and sauces/chutneys

Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion control

Steam, fry, and plate momos efficiently during service hours

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation

Monitor raw material quality and minimize wastage

Assist in menu development and new momo variations (if required)

Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Momo Maker / Dumpling Chef

Strong knowledge of momo preparation techniques

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Good time management and multitasking skills

Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices

Team player with a positive attitude
