COMPUTER OPERATOR – CUM OFFICE ASSISTANT

The MNNIT Alumni Association Office invites applications from eligible and motivated candidates for the following position:

Position: Computer Operator – Cum – Office Assistant (Contractual)

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry and systematic maintenance of office records
• Handling official emails, correspondence, and documentation
• Operating computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment
• Assisting in day-to-day administrative and office work
• Supporting alumni database management and event coordination
• Drafting letters, reports, and routine office communications

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in computer operation, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of email handling, internet usage, and office software
• Good typing speed in English and Hindi
• Basic understanding of record keeping and file management
• Good communication and coordination skills

Salary/Honorarium: Negotiable based on qualification & skills.
