Counter Salesperson

Job Summary : We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executive to manage daily sales at our wholesale shop. The role includes attending customers, understanding their requirements, billing, maintaining stock awareness, and ensuring smooth counter operations.

• Key Responsibilities : Greet and assist customers at the counter.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Generate sales bills/invoices accurately.
• Handle cash, UPI, and other payment methods.
• Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for order preparation and dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
• Keep track of fast-moving/slow-moving items and inform management.
• Provide basic product information and support to customers.
• Maintain daily sales records and reports.
• Ensure a polite, positive, and professional customer experience.
• Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Basic knowledge of billing, sales, or counter operations.
• Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English a plus).
• Comfortable with using computers, billing software, or POS systems.
• Honest, punctual, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to handle pressure during rush hours.
• Salary₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 10am to 8pm
• Weekly off: Sunday
