JOB DESCRIPTION:

POSITION TITLE: ROOFTOP ON-GRID SOLAR INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN CUM QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

QUALIFICATION: DIPLOMA/ITI IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING(MANDATORY)

EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 1 YEARS IN ROOFTOP SOLAR INSTALLATION (MUST HAVE HANDS-ON PROJECT EXPERIENCE)

LOCATION: PRAYAGRAJ

COMPENSATION: 15,000 PER MONTH + INCENTIVES

ROLE SUMMARY:

we are seeking a skilled Solar Technician cum Quality Control Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for executing rooftop solar installations,ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards, and providing post-installation support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct site surveys, load assessments, and feasibility checks for rooftop solar projects.
• Supervise installation of solar panels, inverters, wiring, and mounting structures.
• Perform quality checks at every stage of installations to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical/technical issues on-site.
• Maintain project documentation including installation reports,test results and quality audit reports.
• coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits post-installation.
• Ensure safety compliance during all project activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/ITI in electrical engineering(mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years experience in ROOFTOP SOLAR INSTALLATION with proven track record.
• Must own a Two-Wheeler for site visits.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems,inverters,wiring standards,and safety norms.
• Ability to manage site workers and subcontractors effectively.
• Good communication and client handling skills.
• Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
