Job Description

Job Summary-The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving lead generation, brand visibility, and market penetration for elevator (lift) products and services. This role involves on-ground market research, identifying potential projects, coordinating with builders/contractors/architects, supporting sales teams, and executing field-level marketing activities.

  • Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Market DevelopmentIdentify new project opportunities (residential, commercial, industrial, institutional).
  • Conduct field visits to builders, architects, consultants, and facility managers.
  • Generate qualified leads for sales teams through field intelligence.
  • Track upcoming construction projects, renovation works, and modernization requirements.
  • 2. Field Marketing ActivitiesExecute on-ground marketing campaigns, site promotions, and branding activities.
  • Distribute marketing materials and conduct product awareness sessions with stakeholders.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and builder/architect events.
  • 3. Market & Competitor ResearchCollect market insights on pricing, product features, competitor presence, and new trends.
  • Maintain updated market mapping of potential customers and projects.
  • Report field findings to marketing and sales leadership.
  • 4. Relationship BuildingMaintain strong relationships with builders, architects, PMC consultants, and facility heads.
  • Support sales with pre-sales marketing activities & client engagement.
  • Promote company brand through regular field interactions.
  • 5. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare daily/weekly visit reports and update CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with sales teams for site surveys, demos, and proposal follow-ups.
  • Align with marketing team for campaign planning and collateral availability.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Engineering preferred).
  • 1–4 years of field marketing or sales experience (construction/elevator/engineering preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities through field activity.
  • Good networking with builders, architects, PMC, and contractors (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
