Job Description
Job Title: Front Office Executive
Location: SSB Stay, Allahabad
Department: Front Office
Reports To: Office Manager/Reception Supervisor
Working Hours: 10-15 hours
Leaves: 4 to 5 days/month (Collectively) i.e. 50 to 60 days/year
Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and dynamic Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations at SSB Stay, Allahabad. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service while handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with clarity and courtesy.
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
- Assist with booking and reservation management.
- Provide information about SSB Stay services and local amenities to guests.
- Handle administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum graduate degree (preferably in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field).
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in front office, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Basic knowledge of hotel management software (optional but preferred).
