Job Title: G-Pay Revisit Executive

Location: Delhi NCR (East Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida), Jaipur, Patna, Prayagraj (Allahabad), Lucknow

About the Role:

We are hiring G-Pay Revisit Executives to visit shops based on company-provided leads and ensure proper functioning of G-Pay devices. The role involves checking existing G-Pay Sound Boxes and QR codes at merchant shops and replacing them with new ones if damaged or non-functional.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit shops as per leads shared by the Business Development team.
2. Check the existing G-Pay Sound Box and QR Code used by shopkeepers.
3. Replace damaged/non-working G-Pay Sound Boxes or QR Codes with new ones.
4. Maintain accurate reporting of daily visits and replacements.
5. Achieve daily/weekly targets of valid shop visits and replacements.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in Fintech/Payment Solutions field preferred.
2. Strong communication skills to engage with shopkeepers.
3. MANDATORY Bike ownership with valid driving license.
4. Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
5. Familiarity with local market areas.

Salary & Benefits:

1. Delhi NCR: ₹25,000 CTC (₹21,000 in-hand)
2. Other Locations: ₹23,000 CTC (₹18,800 in-hand)
3. Travel Allowance: ₹100 per day (for 10–15 valid shop visits)
4. Incentives based on performance
